Flamingos in the Waves

These two flamingo are standing in the sea next to a sandy beach.  The spectrum glass used for the background reminded me of a wave coming in from the sea.  I especially like the knobby knees.  I used brown grout mixed with weldbond adhesive as the beach sand.  This framed piece measures 10 x 10 inches.
