Winding Trail of Cool Flowers

"Winding Trail of Cool Flowers" fused glass sculpture was created from System 96 glass (including a few dichroic bits). It is displayed on a bespoke metal stand. The black and transparent green background was sandblasted first  to give the piece a matte finish before the flowers were added. Both the Covington belt sander and Variable Speed Disc Grinder were used to coldwork this piece and it was fired in a Paragon kiln. Measurements: 9" x 17" x 4"
