3-dimensional panel. Carefully selected glass using negative pattern pieces to depict direction of fur (thanks to Dewey for graciously modeling). The background is made of waterglass with clear glass silhouette the shape of the Dewey-panel so the different colors of the background does show through the raised Dewey-panel. Finished panel was patinaed using copper and black patinas to merge with the focus of the piece. Whiskers are wire embellishments that were hand painted after being soldered in place.
