Fun in the Sun

This stained glass panel is 17 by 17 inches square and has 117 pieces. It was a commissioned work for a lady who grew up in San Diego and frequented the beaches often.

This is such a delightful piece! The smiling sun with sunglasses brings a smile to everyone's face. There is a sandy beach with waves rolling up on shore filled with palm trees. The yellow sunface has flames around it in orange and yellow and sunbeams into the sky in yellow. The sun is also wearing reflective blue glass sunglasses with white rims!
