" Eye of the Storm"

This is another in my Storyscope series kaleidoscopes for a dear friend facing challenges in her life. It depicts her love for lighthouses.The body of the scope is Wissmach opal art glass with decorative solder with the focal point being the pewter lighthouse accented with polished rocks,  ocean themed charms,crystals and chain.The beautiful German art glass marble was purchased in an online auction and the maker is unknown.It was chosen because the spiral design of the marble was similar to the eye of a hurricane....CALM in the center but everything around the center  in motion AWAY from the center...I pray every day she  is able to defeat her challenges.!
