Description:

This sculpture is the first in a series of Cape Cod shore birds I am working on. These small sanderlings are a favorite of ours here because of the way they run up and down the beach with such whimsy. I've also incorporated a few shells native to our beaches. The finished piece is about 16" in diameter and sits in a stand.
