Goed for Privacy in the bathroom

Ever have a window that is difficult to place a curtain but you need all the light but there is no privacy?  This worked out really well for our bathroom, in fact I saw a similar piece on a catalog. I copy well.  Thanks for the inspiration, whomever you are.
