Larry Jr.’s Cross

I saw this pattern in a magazine. My husband took out his drawing board and drew an original pattern for me to use. We made it together for our son's birthday. When Larry received it he added the lighting making it truly a family project. 

Larry Sr. made the exterior frame from wood by cutting a groove in a frame he made specifically for this project. He stained it with dark walnut stain.

Larry, Jr. added a box to the back which allows the piece to stand on its own. The box also houses the lighting.

We are all well p,eased with the finished project. He displays it in his living room by a window where others can see its light when they drive by.
