Large Leaded Trio

I designed & fabricated the 3 large leaded windows for the lower part of the main window, which had the 3 smaller (upper) original windows in place in this 1900's heritage home here in Victoria, BC. The client's wanted some privacy as a new condo was being built close by next door. I could not match all of the old glass, so we compromised with some similar glass choices. I almost exclusively work in copper foil, so these large leaded windows were a challenge for me! They are 50" tall x 30" wide each. I also added 2 steel reinforcing bars horizontally per window for strength. They are held in place with wood moldings.
