Shades of Blue

This bowl was inspired by Jim Matthews who has been a mainstay for me as a learning glass fuser. Stained glass has always been my baliwick, but now I am enjoying learning about warm glass art. The technique used is color diffusion. By centering a piece of clear glass over the blues used, firing just short of a full fuse creates a watering down of the original color, giving the appearance of blown glass.
