Maine Lady Slippers

    Lady slippers are a Maine woodland flower in the orchid family. You need a sharp eye and a little bit of luck to spot one.

    This piece was a commission for a man that lives in Freeport Maine. He made a wooden frame for it and made it into a window as a surprise for his wife. She loves Lady Slippers. It measures 24" x 36".

    I have a small workshop in China Maine, that my husband built for me, that I absolutely adore. I'm always excited and inspired when I can sneak away from my busy life to my workshop to work on my relatively new found passion.

    I have been doing stained glass for about 3 years but still feel quite new at it. Though I don't have anything online, I am continuously busy with sales just by word of mouth.
