Description:
Wooden wall clock dismantled, refinished and reimagined using all of my glass experiences. The clock face is made of glass stencils. The background of the clock face is made up of fused transparent, opaque, and opal iridized glass strips fused face down with a clear cap to bring out the opalescent colors. The bottom of the cabinet is seedy clear glass, with beveled center and a fused glass center in the bevel. All of the glass supplies are from Delphi Glass and the cabinet was a find that was taken apart and refinished in semi gloss black with edge sanded highlights. Quartz clockworks were installed and whimsical clock hands added to the look.
