Botanical Portraits #1

I love experimenting with the frit wafer technique to make botanical portraits.  This technique is found in one of my favorite sources, the e-Books by Vitrum.  The portraits pictured here are the start of my adventure in this technique by Judith Finn Conway and Kevin O'Toole.  The parts of the flowers are made using the templates provided in the books and fired as wafers.... see the picture with some of my parts ready to become a beautiful portrait.
