Sonoran Desert Saguaro Magic

I enjoy the beauty of the Sonoran desert from our home in Carefree, Arizona. Inspired by the giant Saguaro Cacti growing in our yard, I wanted to created a fused stained glass piece which reflected the beauty of our part of the world. Using the beautiful streaky glass, I was able to create depth and movement. I fired this piece in 3 separate firings. The final firing is just enough so I have a 3 dimensional result. This piece measures 8" x 8".
