Focused On The World-Kaleidoscope

This kaleidoscope was made  as a birthday gift for my friend  Shelly who turned 80 years old this year and has been fortunate to travel the world to all seven continents.She is also a photographer for the Alliance for Smiles team of volunteer medical professionals who travel the world to repair cleft palet deformities in children. This is her very first kaleidoscope !!  The kaleidoscope body is Oceanside white opal and the silver charms she selected represent all the continents she has traveled to and the beautiful people and sights she has seen.The glass twisties were custom made, the globe is Svwarski crystal and the camera from an Etsy vendor. I gave her two marbles to start her collection.One is a fabulous Mike Grau creation and the other was purchased from an Ebay auction and the maker is unknown.
