Stained Glass Lampshade

The building of this lampshade was initiated by a beginner glass artist back in the 1980's. After the first few pieces were cut they realized quickly that they were in over their head. The pattern, mold and glass sheets were tucked away in an attic for decades. The original artist wanted to see it finally brought to life so they called me and after many hours of glass cutting, grinding and soldering a lampshade was born! What a rewarding experience this was!
