Description:

This mosaic is the hearth beneath my wood cookstove. It is a work in progress created mainly using broken dishes, pottery and ceramic tiles souced from potters, thrift stores and family dinners gone by.  It features a sun and the moon cycle and is otherwise wild and unplanned.
