The Honey Bee

Pattern purchased from Justin Behnke. 

The original pattern was altered so that the honey comb is one piece and the bee is a separate piece done 3 dimensionally to sit on top of the honey comb.  The bee is attached by a ring on it's underside and moves in a swaying motion over the top of the honey comb.  

Completely crafted by myself, this piece measures 18 inches in diameter and hangs in my home.
