Stained Glass Spinner

Stained glass spinner ready for outdoors turning with the wind hanging from a garden stake or indoor using a battery powered spinner.  Made up of four lead came stained glass panels approximately 4" wide and 7.5" long.  This spinner works best at a 20 rpm speed where the red glass appears to move in and out as it turns.
