Wolf howling at the moon

0 loves
Description:

I made this for my granddaughter's 7th birthday.  She loves wolves.  I borrowed the pattern from a quilt pattern I saw on line.  I changed several things including the shape of the wolf, I adjusted his head and moved the moon to make it more easily one piece.  I used cobolt blue rough rolled for part of the background and cobolt streaky for the other part to give it some dimension.  I use mottled white/off white for the moon and streaky white for some of the snow.  I used more opaque white for some of the snow to make it look like a slight shadow.  The tree was originally white in the quilt patten.  I used a brown and white glass cut cross-wise rather than on the length.
