Skylar

This is a 19.5 inch  panel adapted from a mosaic I saw on line.  This was for my sister who has a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Skylar.  The panel is constructed with the copper foil technique and framed in zinc.  With the exception of he Bullseye border, all the glass is Spectrum.
