Abrstract Heart Panel Suncatcher

White opalescent iridized loose ripple heart (HL) with various clear nuggets and clear crystal ice (HL). Scrolls are lead pieces. This was all made from scaps and it is one of my favorites. 

The hanger is made from galvanized zinc coated steel (so I could patina it..!!) and is so sturdy! I used a wire bender to bend to the correct shape, inserted it into the zinc frame and soldered it in.

If  you have never built anything like this before, you really should try it. You lose yourself to your own imagination.

Very sturdy. Would be perfect for a small window or space facing outside.
