"Mac's Roost" Bar Sign

There's an old, cast metal sign that has hung outside my wife's family's Northwoods cabin for generations, and when it was recently damaged by a falling tree I knew immediately that I wanted to attempt to pay tribute in glass. While the sign itself looked more like a weathervane, I thought that using the rooster motif in more of a traditional pub sign configuration was the way to go, and that making something the family could enjoy indoors, year-round, might be appreciated. The piece was gifted to my in-laws at Christmas, 2022.

Having just taken up glass in 2021, this is the largest panel I've attempted to date, measuring 18" by 26" (minus the wood frame and light box being built by my father-in-law to house it) :-P
