1. Two pieces of Bullseye glass were combined back-to-back to create a sturdy canvas to hold the weight of the flowers. The black canvas was contour fired.
2. The flowers were so much fun because I didn't have a desired outcome, and I included my favorite dichroic glass in each piece. Each flower is supported with rolled fire paper to create a 3-D blossom during the firing process. The flowers were tack fused.
3. The stems were created through a Vitrigraph.
4. The finished piece was tack fused.
I went to a garden party
To reminisce with my old friends
A chance to share old memories and play our songs again.
But it's all right now
I learned my lesson well
You see, you can't please everyone
So you got to please yourself.
