Bee Hive

This piece is 12 X 18 in.  It's is a combination of stained (tyfany syle) and fused glass. The bees stripes are fused in my kiln along with the eyes and their wings are constructed with wire.   The bees are soldered on top of the bee hive.  The hive is a combination of opaque and translusent glass.  It was inspired by the summer's many marvel.
