Description:
This is still one of my favorite pieces to date. I really wanted to capture the look of a tuna so I focused on the face. The color on this tuna is a bit dull, which was intentional. I wanted to create anxiousness in the fish. I wanted the viewer to look at this piece and feel the fishes emotions to being "CAUGHT". That expression, the eye and the fading color shows what a tuna feels after being lifted from the sea. This piece really turns heads with all the iridescent glass, giving it a lifelike appearance. Enjoy and don't get CAUGHT!
