Happy Door

I found this door at Habitat for Humanity- $25.00 I saw huge potential to give it new life.  I wanted each panel to be different and colorful.  Preping the door was very time consuming - sanding, painting, more sanding and paint agin.  It was a 6 month project - people thought I was crazy.  In the morning the sun shines on the door it is spectacular.  We are lucky to have hummingbirds in our area and couple days after it was hung birds hovered by the flower bird panel.  It was a labor of love and hope to pass it on to my grandkids some day.  I love doing glass on glass.
