Emi's Frog

This is a garden stone made for a friend who is a mushroom gatherer.  It's probably from Jillian Sawyer's Frog Song Book.  All the glass is Spectrum, except for the frog, which is Youghiogheny.  My stones are weatherproof year-round.  I seal the commercial stone with 1:5 Weldbond, then glue the pieces directly to the surface, grout, and then seal with concrete sealer.   I used some semi-polished stones I'be been hauling around since 1985, which looked really pretty when painted with the sealer
