Fallen Angel

“Fallen Angel” is an homage to one of my favourite Canadian singer/songwriters, Robbie Robertson.  He passed away in August of 2023.  Robbie wrote the song “Fallen Angel” about his former bandmate Richard Manuel, who took his own life in 1986. Five daisies for 5 band members.  

"Are you out there? Can you hear me? Can you see me in the dark?  I don't believe it's all for nothing  It's not just written in the sand.  Sometimes I thought you felt too much.  And you crossed into the shadow land."
