One In A Million

I drew free hand and then cut the fish shape with my new Gemini Taurus 3 Ring Saw. It was actually the first piece of glass I cut with my new saw!! I then drilled two holes with my Dremel tool prior to firing so I would be able to display my finished piece. I designed the fish body with various grades of frit and used coarse frit to add pattern to the tail and body. The piece was then fused at 1330 degrees for a texture fuse finish. I am using this suncatcher in my kitchen window to remind me of the soon approaching sunny days at the oceanside.
