The Chit Chat Club

This repurposed distressed frame features 11 colorful birds, sitting on a branch. I named it "The Chit Chat Club" because they reminded me of a coffee klatch, meeting to share the morning's gossip. The birds were lovingly created by hand, cutting and grinding a rainbow of colored stained glass. The background is created using shattered glass that sparkles like diamonds in the sun. The glass border is a party of rainbow, Fiesta colors. It measures approximately 15" x 27". This gorgeous creation, features over 100 hand cut, pieces of glass in the birds alone and the colorful border is over 160 pieces. it truly glows in the light and the refraction is simply stunning. All colors of the rainbow, combined with the clear backgroynd make this truly a OOAK (one of a kind) party of color piece of Glass Art.
