Adoration

"Adoration" was influenced by a photo of a bouquet of sunflowers I took while on my first trip to Italy. The image was so strong for me, that it spurred a series of sunflower-inspired mosaics. It was quite a journey from the photo, to the image in my mind, to learning to do lamp working, to working with a new epoxy medium, to the resulting mosaic.
