We have a problem

The machine shown is called a Fork Transfer, they are used in the automotive industry to move vehicles from one conveyor system to another conveyor system. As a mechanical engineer I designed these machines. The design intent was to make it look like an old blue print drawing.

The glass is all Oceanside meduim blue roughed rolled. All the line work in the machine was engraved using a rotary tool. The line work was then covered with a enamel glass paint that was scraped away leaving only paint in the evgraved lines. The steel frame is powdered coated blue to blend in with the glass.
