Fantasy Castle in the Sky

I assembled this Stained Glass panel for my two grandchildren, August and Everly, to fill one of the South facing windows in their bedroom. The panel measures 26”x35” and contains approximatly 190+/- pieces of copper foiled stained glass. I started with a pattern titled “Cloud Castle” by Bill Blodgett, who is well known for his many beautiful and intricate Stained Glass patterns. I then did some pattern cleanup, adjustment of panel overall size to fit the window, modification of some existing pattern lines to simplify cutting of glass pieces, and addition of new pattern lines and pieces to help balance the overall scene.
