"Teton Solitude"

This is my 96th stained glass panel. The pattern is my own creation and depicts a lone bull elk at sunset standing near Jenny Lake with the Teton Mountains in the background. The antlers were created using Hawkwing glass which is a perfect color and texture for the bull elk. I created the eye  using fused glass.. The panel incorporates 244 pieces of glass. The panel is 22" wide by 24.25" tall. It is framed with zinc came and 1 3/8" oak framing stock.The panel incorporates two brass roll hooks for display. Each piece of glass is cleaned and polished after the application of the black patina. The panel was created using the copper foil method of stained glass creation.
