"Tropical Queen"

This is my 98th panel and it incorporates 77 pieces of glass. It depicts the beautiful Bird of Paradise Flower on a clear day. The panel is 20" in diameter and the beveled glass border is framed with zinc came. Each piece of glass is cleaned and polished after the application of black patina. It has two scroll hooks for display and was created using the copper foil method. Beautiful in the sunlight.
