Seasons

Two of the four (planned) panels from the Four Seasons inspired by Art Deco prints by William Welsh in the 1930's.  Each piece will be based on the seasons on the south east face of Mount Hood in Oregon.

Winter includes the Ice Princess with her hounds.  Only two primary colors with stars and planets made from Swarovski crystals.  This large panel is 30" x 42" and in order to stiffen the glass it is backed by clear lexan. 

Spring includes the Goddess of Spring sewing seeds while riding her horse across the morning sky.  Winter and spring wheat is spouting and a farmer drives his oxen plow across a new field.  Wild cherry trees blossoming and In the background winter snow is melting and the higher forests are turning the deep green.
