Amber Weave

This fused glass plate is made using the technique of weaving glass.  Each individual piece of the warp and the weft "threads" are pre fired in the kiln.  They are then woven and tack fused.  The piece is returned to the kiln for the slump firing.  Copyright Nancy Wadelton
