Flying Bald Eagle

This 18" x 22" (oak frame dimensions) panel was a gift for my husband.  He saw a similar piece on display and asked me to make something similar. When hung as a suncatcher, the "sun" made with catherdral glass, shines beautifully behind the eagle, and the feathers come to life as the backlighting amplifies the streaking of the two shades of brown in the feathers.
