Description:
These are double hung windows in my dining room. I cut clear pane glass to the size of each window. I adapted two patterns from quilts that I liked to create the flowers on each window. I had to cut and grind the pieces for he flowers and used E6000 glue to adhere them to the panes. Then I broke the glue chip glass and mosaiced it around the flower designs. Each double hung window took about 100 hours to complete! When the windows were complete, I used glazer points to tack them onto the existing double hung windows. I just love how they look with the sun shining through!
