Black Onyx Fine Silver Earrings

This pair of dangling earrings are totally "Pat-crafted," and the earrings hang 2 1/2" long.  I handcrafted  the silver rings in these earrings with 20-gauge  fine silver wire.  I added 2 black onyx beads and 1 black onyx briolette to each earring.

The "Pat-crafted" earwires are made from 20-gauge Argentium silver, which is a tarnish-resistant silver.  Fine silver is too soft for the earwires, even if they are work-hardened.
