Cat Nap

This 5"x5" glass tile was inspired by the dichroic dog, who reminded me of a cute little cartoon dog that one might see on vintage TV shows.  I have a very funny kitten named Rocky, who likes to pester me in my studio when he's not off taking a cat nap somewhere warm and cozy.  I imagined that he might like curling up on a little plaid rug, in his own little retro kittie room, while the TV keeps him company in the background.

Delphi Ring of Fire products used: millifiori spring mix, 3 1/2 oz dichroic economy pattern scrap,  plus powdered glass, glass rods, glass sheet, and acrylic enamels item #75848 to add a few of the finishing touches
