Pros : Works great for finishing edges on smaller pieces, easy to use with very satisfactory results.
Cons : Haven't found one yet
Other Thoughts : Definitely worth the money as part of a small studio tool set.

Pros : Great for getting little spikes off of fused glass without having to do another fire polish.

Pros : Less expensive option. Works well.
Cons : Mesh will separate from block eventually. Don't leave in water while you work.
Other Thoughts : I go through these fairly quickly. They are a good, less expensive choice than others

Pros : These are nice for finishing fused pieces. Getting it wet really helps.
Cons :
Other Thoughts : A bit pricey, but for diamond head, you expect that.

Pros : These are great tools and come in handy for glass or mosaic work. I keep them on my work bench for getting rid of sharp edges on glass or tile.
Cons : None that I can think of.
Other Thoughts : Buy a variety of grits to fit more uses. They are worth the investment.
