Helps to apply frit to only desired area. Can get fairly detailed with fine frit by using this tool.

Larger pieces of frit can clog the tool. Some brands have more larger pieces in their fine frit, but I'm getting ready to buy a second one which I plan to open the whole up a tiny bit so that I can use it for the brands that have larger pieces in their fine frit.
