3/4" Opalescent Stained Glass Chip Assortment - 4 lbs Bulk by dvoragottlieb2 (top contributor) on November 8, 2009 5 stars
Pros
Great variety of colors! Nice quality glass!
Cons
none
Other Thoughts
I use lots of tiny pieces in my mosaics and these save me years of cutting. I also do projects with some local kids in the summer. These tiles, and also the cathedral and irid glass tiles are affordable and not too sharp to be used as-is, even for people who are new to glass projects.

Glassline Pen - Metallic Copper by dvoragottlieb2 (top contributor) on November 8, 2009 5 stars
Pros
Easy to use and clean up; although liquid, easy to control during use
Cons
Just be careful not to make your lines to thick - it could chip off after firing if you use it on top of your glass
Other Thoughts
I'm sure this can be used to draw and accent designs, but it was my best solution yet to signing fused pieces. It is recommended for use between layers, but it has worked well for my signature on top of a piece.

Power Miter II Chop Saw by marcyb on November 7, 2009 5 stars
Pros
I have had this saw for years and absolutely love it! I use it for zinc, copper and brass came.
Cons
Have to watch to be sure you don't get too close to the blade and you need to be sure to wear your safety glasses!

Medium Sterling Silver Plated Jewelry Bails - 25 Pack by janesglassart (top contributor) on November 4, 2009 4 stars
Pros
The medium bails are a great size. Not too small and not too large--just right.
Cons
Some bails in the package are not as smooth as they should be. In fact, none of them are as smooth as the large and small bails.
Other Thoughts
I have even thrown a few out that were extremely rough. But I love the size!

Royal Gold - 90 COE by pking on November 4, 2009 5 stars
Pros
This glass is absolutely gorgeous! A whole new world for the 90 fuser. Cuts and fuses beautifully. The subtle etching adds a 3D effect. Try it over brightly colored dichro! A Winner.
Cons

Custom Grip TAP Wheel Supercutter by karmatetra on November 2, 2009 5 stars
Pros
Good quality and attractive. Best of all this cutter is ergonomically designed and helped alleviate the tendonitis in my thumb and wrist. Length is adjustable but worked fine for my hand out of the box. Reservoir cap is solid and does not leak. Good feel transmitted through the hand for applying the right pressure to the glass.
Cons
Takes a second or two to grab and set it firmly into one's hand. However, with use this becomes second nature.

12" Square High-Temp Board by janeeve on October 28, 2009 5 stars
Pros
I LOVE THESE!!! I cut the 12" tiles into 4 piece to use in my kiln. They are perfect as I can still get my hands in when setting the tile down in the kiln. This allows me to set the tile in while keeping it perfectly flat. Nothing falls off, and I don't have to re-adjust anything before I close the lid! I have used them again and again and again. I have used thin-fire sheets on them for the most part, but find that after several firings there is enough of the powder left from the sheets that I can actually do several firings without anything. You go get a rougher back on the glass, but I don't care as most of my pieces I bead around so the back is covered any way. I have had the glass grab the tiles from time to time, so I would still recommend the thin fire. Using kiln shelves with kiln wash, etc. is just not my thing. I don't like having to re-coat the tiles again, and again. Also, I take my glass out when it is still pretty hot so these are great!
Cons
They are kind of messy...but that is the only negative I have. Of course, you can't use kiln wash with them as they can't get wet. But I prefer thin fire sheets any way.
Other Thoughts
Wish they made these for high fire ceramics...say to 2300 degrees or at least Cone 6.
