Hot Head Bead Making Kit by eag071083 on August 29, 2008 4 stars
Pros
Has all the supplies (except the tank of gas, obviously) to start working right away. I used this kit to start beadmaking; I'm not very good at it yet, but it's a lot of fun, and I only burnt myself once.
Cons
The kit doesn't have an instructional book or DVD, which would really be helpful. The torch head is sensitive and sometimes goes out.
Other Thoughts
It's a great starter kit for those looking to experiment and try it out, like myself.

Came Bending Jig by Desertrosefarm on August 24, 2008 5 stars
Pros
This is a GREAT tool!!! I LOVE doing round and oval lead and foil pieces... this allows me to finish the edges with Zinc came that I can either drill a hole into to attach chain/wire to hang OR I can solder "Handy Hanger" to to make displaying my pieces easy, not to mention the added strength that the zinc adds to the piece! I have waited a long time to add this tool to my inventory and now wish I had done it a long time ago.
Cons
To start out, you need LOTS of "elbow room" for your came to move in. Also, a chop or came saw is VERY helpful.

Fusing Photo Paper - 10 Pack by jenbussiere on August 22, 2008 5 stars
Pros
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff!! We have used clip-art, photos, various fonts for sayings, etc... to add such a cool element to our art!! The public is LOVING the results, and so are we!!
Cons
Can't fuse with color, only fuses in sepia tone...I don't know that this is a big con, but if you are hoping for a full color photo, you are out of luck!

Taurus 3 Ring Saw by sunflower505 on August 18, 2008 4 stars
Pros
Great saw and instructional video. This is my 2nd ring saw (had the original Taurus) and it goes, goes, goes! Worth it for tough cuts but I wouldn't cut a whole project with it. Know how to cut glass first- don't compensate by buying a saw. The saw is not a cure-all. Plan to get wet (even with hole reducers) and wear safety glasses. The shield is good protection but I like more protection than that. Adding the blade stabilizer was a really good idea. KEEP IT CLEAN!
Cons
Noisy and if you use it a lot, expect a fair amount of regular maintenance and replacement parts including blades $$.
Other Thoughts
Also like the accessory kit and different blades available.

Studio Pro Lead Nipper Pliers by Safensequr on August 18, 2008 5 stars
Pros
They don't crush the came and have a good handle grip.
Cons
The only thing I don't use these for is to cut long angles for tight angled glass.
Other Thoughts
A lot quicker than using a lead knife

Aanraku Victorian Designs Two by vhb1creates on August 17, 2008 4 stars
Pros
This book offers a nice 'jump-off' point for Victorian designed signage. I've created house numbers and more with very little alterations.
Cons
A few of the patterns could be difficult without a ring saw, but allow for adaptation.
Other Thoughts
Good book. Get it.

Taurus 3 Ring Saw by vhb1creates on August 17, 2008 5 stars
Pros
Well worth the money you'll save in broken or mis-cut pieces. Easy to use, clean and excellent customer service from their 800# with regard to questions.
Cons
None yet. A little noisy, perhaps.
