I have tried to use this mold with a number of recommended frit, and using the firing schedule recommended. After 3 tries, I have given up .

It was funny how it was wrapped when it was delivered. You would think that there were numerous pieces of glass in the box, because of how much bubble wrap. was used.

Wow! Outstanding glass for insect wings. You get all sorts of scale detail, without teeny-tiny cuts. The glass is frosted with transparent squiggles that look like silver in certain light. Absolutely stunning!

I bought two of these. The paint was scraped off in numerous places. And the first one was difficult to put together since the prongs did not totally line up with the holes.

Easy for animals or children to tip over if lightly bumped. Make sure to secure to table at craft shows as wind also can easily tip over.

Sure, it can be a bit tippy at times but the sturdiness of the stand is beyond compare! I’m very-very happy with my purchase even at its price point. I’m going to be ordering a lot more!!
