It really works! I just needed to cut a few pieces of really expensive glass for a transom and thought I'd upgrade from my old cheap hardware store cutter. This thing, probably your cheapest cutter is amazing! Easy to control, nice score and using a set of your cheapest running pliers I cut up a bunch of scrap to useable pieces with little effort! Love it!

I absolutely love the "jug" of blue and green tiles I bought on a whim. The addition of the 1 tile with copper streaks adds a wonderful touch to the soft blues and greens. I had a wonderful time with them and am planning to buy more.

Good for a small work space for a hobbyist, especially if you don't have plumbing available in your work area.

Can take a couple of tries to get used to changing the belt and adjusting it properly. Would be nice if the bottom plastic casing was slightly larger which would have made this so much easier.
Again, the size out of the bottom of it makes it a bit more difficult to clean out any gunk.

Yes, it's noisy but I expected that. I don't find that I get sopping wet which others have commented on. The other couple of wet belt Sanders I've used at other places have got me wetter than this one.
I've contacted the company a couple of times with question or to have them send out a number of belts to me in the mail and have been very pleased with their customer service.
I've had this for almost 2 years and I've had no problem using it for half an hour or so at a time.

Make sure your cutting wheel is screwed in tight or it will move.
