The piece I received was a fantastic mix of red, orange and yellow with just little touches of white in some areas. I didn't see any green, but it might have been mixed in to create some of the darker red areas.

For a value glass pack I was very pleased with the selection - 4 pieces of iridized glass, 2 chopsticks, and 2 "mardi gras." It was fun to open the box have each piece be a surprise.

One of the pieces had a corner broken off. That is the only reason I removed one star. The corner was not in the box, so I can only assume it was broken before being packaged.

I think you need to order this at your own risk. I got lucky with 4 great pieces of glass, two ok pieces, and two not-so-great. The not-so-great was of course the broken piece and one of the mardi gras designs. This piece was half clear and had design on the other half. I think that is a problem with mardi gras, streamers, and streakies in general. It's better to see them in person so you can choose a good piece. I plan to order this pack again in the next couple months, so I will rate it again when I do.

Handy addition to the tool box. Useful when marking glass to be cut on water cooled saw as outline is not washed away during the process. By scribe shape and rubbing paint pen across scratch and wiping of excess this leaves a good outline for cutting. Also found useful for small patterns.

On delivery found that I had some difficulty reversing the tip. This is an issue that is easily remedied and is not an ongoing problem.

I really like the clear surface and the flexibility with making the surface I am cutting on small or large. I have put the pattern under the grid and cut the glass on top - it works really well!!
