This rugged cabinet of 14 ga steel has total seam welded joints and an epoxy powder-coated finish to ensure years of trouble-free performance. Small enough for a home workshop but large enough for studio use, the generous 24" wide x 24" high x 19" deep interior workspace and side opening door with secure latch make it easy to load even large projects. Locking casters keep your unit from shifting while you create, and allow you to move the entire unit easily for storage when not in use.
The angled viewing window is positioned for ergonomic and comfortable viewing while you create. Bright halogen lighting from a recessed fixture illuminates the entire chamber without interfering with positioning your art. The oversized viewing window is paired with exclusive "Max Flow" air curtain technology which directs air across the window to remove dust and ensure clear visiblilty.
Padded arm rests encourage comfortable posture and allow you to relax as you create. The included lightweight gloveless polyurethane sleeves keep your abrasive in the cabinet while allowing you the mobility of working glove-free.
The 45° angled cabinet floor efficiently drains abrasive to be collected and provide consistent flow. Designed with stand-alone dust collector (included) that efficiently separates and traps dust and worn abrasive. The diamond mesh metal floor provides a sturdy surface to rest art on without interfering with abrasive recirculation. The 50lb ASME-certified pressure vessel located below the cabinet collects and directs abrasive while filtering out debris to prevent clogging. A combo pressure regulator and water separator are included to ensure optimium air pressure and abrasive flow, while effieciently removing moisture in the blaster assembly. This trouble-free features includes an auto-relieving mositure drain, locking adjustment knob to securely keep pressure settings, and easy to read pressure gauge and liquid level indicator.
The included 10 foot heavy-duty hose is flexible and provides adequate abrasive flow and connects easily to the durable and versatile 3/32" carbide blasting nozzle. Designed for comfortable use for right or left handed artists, the cabinet front features holes at both left and right to insert the blasting nozzle and a plug for the opposite side. An included footswitch valve allows you to easily start or stop blasting.
Requires access to 120v 15amp service and an air compressor rated for 5.5 CFM (or greater) at 90 psi to operate (not included). Recommended operating pressure for included 3/32" blasting assembly is 30 psi.
Lifetime manufacturer warranty on cabinet construction with 1 year manufacturer warranty on the motor and 90 day manufacturer warranty on water separator, foot pedal, foot switch valve and heavy duty blasting hose.
